Juane of yucca
It is one of the most
popular dishes in Amazonian cuisine, and it is also one of the favorite dishes
to consume at Easter.
The dough is prepared
with yuca and the filling is with salted dried fish such as paiche, maiden,
dorado or maparate.
Juane of rice
The juane de arroz or juane de gallina as some call it, is a typical and
traditional food of the Peruvian jungle, mainly from the departments of San
Martín and Loreto, where it is consumed a lot during the celebration of the San
Juan festival, every 24 of June.

for dinner, I usually
eat a boiled egg with potatoes. I also like the vegetable noodle soup for
dinner.
